Colonia el Sacramento Uruguay’s oldest city, this picturesque and historical 17th century port features cobblestone streets, cosy restaurants and cafes and beautiful plazas and overlooks the Rio de la Plata. Colonia is easily reached by ferry from Buenos Aires for a day trip. |
